Yes that is right we are having a baby! We are due in October and are feeling so blessed.
I can only tell you how exciting and crazy these last feel weeks have been. I seem to either remember pregnancy differently or I am having a completely different one. Kevin had shown great love and compassion that first month because there were certainly days that I could barely get up and ready (I am sure my parents and students thought I was losing my touch those days) let alone keep up with the house and things I normaly love doing for my dear husband. Needless to say I am glad those days are becoming fewer and father between and I seem to becoming myself again. However as my energy and hunger increases so does the fact that my waist is incresing at a rate that I was not at all expecting. With Mia I seemed to never look pregnant until last few weeks of my second trimester and now at 12 weeks I feel like I look the way I did when I 6 months. I am very concerned about looking like a moose and the size this baby will be in the end if I continue at this pace. Everyone keeps reassuring me that it is typical for a second pregnancy but oh my!
We feel so blessed with this news (even with my fears of my current size and need to alter my wardrobe). We hope to share this exciting time with lots of fun, photos and joy. Thank you for all the love that you have expressed to us we would not be here without you!
